Divya is a certified Belbin Trainer and an assessor of Hogan Certification and Assessment, DISC Extended Profiling, Crafting White Papers, Lean Cadet, and Instructional Design. She is a certified practitioner of NLP and a certified Competency assessor and has successfully conducted several Assessment and Development Centres. Divya is also a POSH certified consultant. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Organization Development with a keen focus on competencies.

Armed with a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Organisational Psychology, over the last 10 years Divya has carved a niche for herself in Corporate Learning & OD and has trained more than 10000+ professionals in multicultural, across hierarchical and multi geographical organisations with customised learning and development solutions.

She started her career as a student coach and has helped students across the country to work on their personality, anxiety issues and career planning. She then moved to adult learning and worked with companies like WNS and Fujitsu in the learning and development space.

Apart from training, her interests lie in listening to music and observing human behavior. In line with her interests, she has done her first levels of Graphology and Hypnosis.
